Embedded EAL Facilitators Lead The Way for Continual Growth Within An Organization
Everyone A Leader® (EAL) was developed to create culture-changing shifts within an organization. What makes our program so powerful is that we focus on teaching people at all levels how to be leaders. We teach the importance of listening and engaging all voices, and then provide the tools and the methods to think and take action together. Tremendous growth is possible when this happens.
We have been teaching EAL at Johnson County Mental Health Center (JCMHC) for many years now — long enough to see the significant impact made by continually training new employees. They now have a workforce with a shared set of skills, tools, and methods to develop deep understanding, move past barriers, and take action together.
This training has become so effective, that JCMHC asked us to teach some of their own staff to become Certified EAL Facilitators. At the completion of last fall’s EAL training at JCMHC, we also certified three Embedded EAL Facilitators: Aaron Reynolds, Rachael Elizabeth Perez and Mallory Gevertz.
With EAL training now in-house, Aaron, Rachael, and Elizabeth can continue to build the culture of leadership at all levels throughout JCMHC.
We are excited to offer Embedded EAL Facilitator training to organizations ready to continually develop, empower, and equip their workforce. Contact me directly for details, I would love to share this program with you.
